Namtia is an application written in Java that intends to be, not only a music player, but a user�s music environment. Of course, it will provide a way of playing different kinds of audio file formats in order for you to play your music smoothly but, the point of this program is the "other things" it can do.

A database will be used for you to be able to store information about your songs, so you can have them organized and find them easy. The way you can build you playlist is easy and powerful.

Another of the main features of Namtia is its internet connectivity. If you have an internet connection, you will have the chance to gather information about your music. This application connects with MusicBrainz database so a huge amount of info is available for you. It also connects with Yahoo Image to get cover images of the your music albums. And you can get the lyrics of any song too.

This application is written in Java, so you can run it in any operation system with a Java Virtual Machine installed (Linux, OS X, Windows,�)
