HoRNet DeeLay

HoRNet DeeLay is a lightweight and intuitive piece of software whose main function resides in offering you the ability to insert vintage-sounding delay segments into your music, all with minimal effort yet plenty of customization options.

Being an audio plugin, it evidently requires a VST host in order to work, otherwise you will not be able to access any of its features.

HoRNet DeeLay supports several audio units, specifically in VST2.4, VST3 and RTAS formats, meaning you can easily work with it, after installing it according to each host’s specific instructions.

Subsequent to setting up the audio plugin in your VST host, you can begin adjusting its functioning preferences, using the numerous buttons and knobs to tinker with the sound until it is just right for you.

As such, you can press the ‘Vintage’ button to activate or deactivate the specific sound that it generates, or you can modify the ‘Input’ decibel level. The ‘Time’ knob enables you to adjust the amount of milliseconds for the delay, or you can resort to using one of the available ‘Sync’ values, from the dedicated menu.

By pressing the ‘Link Time’ button, you can connect the left and the right ‘Time’ knobs, while by clicking on ‘Link Fbk’, you can perform the same action for left and right ‘Feedback’ levels. The ‘LFO’ function enables you to adjust the modulation speed while the ‘MOD’ component will modify its time. Using the ‘Dry / Wet’ knob, you can determine the percentage of original and delay sound to be used.
