HoRNet TrackShaper

HoRNet TrackShaper is the "auto-pilot" version of a sound processing tool for those who want music that sounds good but don't want to waste time fine-tuning plugins.

This plugin boasts many features among which we can mention 14 different sound source algorithms, adjustable effect amount, adjustable input and output gain, automatic input and output gain adjustment and handy input and output level meters.

The plugin is based on the same source code as HoRNet ChannelStrip MK2 and includes some of its sounds such as kick drum, snare, acoustic instruments, guitars, etc.

Using the "Effect amount" knob, you may tweak how each algorithm acts on many different EQ and compression parameters. This knob dinamicaly changes the equalizer and compression characteristics.

Since each algorithm reacts dynamically to the signal you have to precisely set the input and output level, and the TrackShaper provides input and output gain knobs and level indicator in the form of a green dot which lights up when the sound is within the correct range.

For those who find even this to be too much to handle, the TrackShaper also provides a feature which allows "auto-gain." This automatically sets the correct input and output gain based on the level of the signal.
