Filtering is a critical component in the electronic production process, as it enables you to distort the sound in a completely amazing way. WOW is a plugin that provides you with 21 filter types, all designed to help you achieve a stunning analogue sound without having to bother with anti-aliasing and at a huge resolution.

In addition to the classic 8-pole Lowpass and Diode MS High Pass, the utility comes with special filtering – Notch, Mid Clear, Comb, Peak or Mid Boost – so you can get an extraordinary modulation. In case you are a beginner and are still learning the ropes with what each of the filters does, then do not fret as you have several presets to choose from. You can explore them and then customize them accordingly.

Speaking of modulation, it is worth mentioning that you have four sources at your disposal, namely 1 15-step sequencer, an envelope follower with frequency detection, the Wobble Knob and the LFO with 13 waveforms. Unlike similar modulation systems out there, you will be happy to learn that the central knob controls two things here, the changing of the speed and the shape of the LFO. Moreover, the knob can be modulated itself, proving you pick the LFO from the start.
