Create beautiful representations of your played piano notes and songs with this simple-to-use and highly customizable application that could win you those much deserved five minutes of fame #Visualize Notes #MIDI Visualizer #Virtual Notes #Note #Piano #MIDI
If you're keen on playing your piano and showing the world how you manage to tame your beloved instrument, you could go the extra step in pairing your performance with some sort of visual aid. Keysight is more than enough for any interested piano fan that wants to enjoy five minutes of fame on YouTube.
To some, it might be no surprise that Keysight comes with many customizable options. These MIDI visualizers usually do come with many features. Still, in this particular case, the application seems to bring a lot to the table in an orderly and easy-to-access manner.
Right from the start, you'll be working on a preset. You can create plenty. You'll know which one you're working on because the respective tab will be highlighted. Choose between an advanced and basic adjustment mode, depending on how in-depth you're willing to go with your customization.
Whatever mode you choose, make sure you go through each and every particular menu. Start with the core of your preset, continue with effects and scenes. You could play with the randomizer or assign some new hotkeys for various actions. The graphics should fit the type of song you're playing on your compatible piano.
Check other auxiliary aspects such as stats or controls. The save button selection in the lower area of the screen gives users the choice of saving all or part of the executed work. You can even edit the application's menu including finer details like the color of quick-access tabs.
Keysight might not be the best MIDI visualizer or the most modern, but it seems to be a reliable choice that could indeed provide more than average customization choices, thus reinforcing the fact that whatever options are selected the result will be indeed a unique one.
What's new in Keysight 1.6.2a:
- Only two changes:
- Pulses which are translucent and always fully opaque (that is, 1.00 opacity across opacity-by-velocity and opacity-by-lifetime-1/2) will now be masked in mask mode. While in this mode, they also slightly move downwards over time in order to properly perform transparency sorting. This allows masking of "note object replacement" pulses.
