Amplitude Soundboard

Imagine you are a live streamer on Twitch or YouTube, hosting gaming sessions or talk shows. During your streams, you frequently interact with your audience, play games, or discuss various topics.

With Amplitude Soundboard, you can enhance your stream by incorporating sound effects, jingles, or alerts to engage your viewers and add entertainment value.

The application comes with a modern, transparent interface that includes a 5 x 5 grid by default. As indicated in the bottom note, you can simply copy a sound clip from the clip board and paste it into the grid tile via right click.

Then again, first timers will not have a hard time getting around either. I simply right-clicked on the tile and opened its Settings to add my first clip. I could add a name, which I choose to be visible in the grid as well, so I can find it easier.

Afterward, I assigned the clip to a Profile and specified the path for the audio file along with a background image, which enabled me to distinguish it faster. I created a hotkey, so that I can play it without having to open the app.

In addition to grid customizing, you can also create specific settings for the individual clips placed inside. This can be especially beneficial when you are preparing for a live gig, as you can include various sound effects that need to be louder or softer, depending on their role in your show.

Another situation when the individual settings could go a long way is when you want to designate specific sound effects to play through different audio output devices, such as external speakers, headphones, or virtual audio interfaces.
