JSymphonic

JSymphonic is a lightweight and easy to use piece of software that was designed to offer you a means to transfer files between your computer and a Sony player.

JSymphonic displays a user-friendly graphic interface which only makes it all that much practical. It’s main window is separated into two sections that allow you to easily browse through the contents of both your PC and the device. When you connect them for the first time, the application scans your computer in search for audio files in the user specific folders such as ‘My Music’ and ‘My documents’.

For quick transfers, JSymphonic offers you the use of a toolbar that is fitted with buttons that you can use to import, export or delete content.

Using JSymphonic you are able to transfer as many files as you want to the device. You can choose a single song, several and even transfer entire folders with a simple click. The process goes both ways so you can just as easily send files from the walkman to your computer.

While a transfer is underway, the application displays a panel which shows you the progress for individual files as well as a total.

JSymphonic is built as an universal tool that can handle nearly all types of Sony players and because of this, it enables you to create custom profiles for each device. This way, you don’t have to reconfigure all the settings before managing a successful transfer.

It allows you to enter the profile name, set the device and local paths, choose an export location and select the device generation.

To sum things up, JSymphonic is indeed a practical and straightforward solution for when you want to update the music that you have on your walkman.
