RA Chord Hunter

When it comes with improving your guitar playing skills, the Internet is filled with all sort of applications and programs that could help you with just that. One of them is RA Chord Hunter.

It's a neat software solution that helps you transport chords directly in lyrics. It comes with a tuner for your guitar, a transposer and the ability to listen to the chord in the lyrics.

The application takes almost no time to install and it sports a really neat and straightforward graphical interface that makes it easy to create songs. It would have been nice if it had some customization options, but you wouldn't really need them since the layout is quite familiar.

It doesn't really have any tips or instructions, the information found on the developer's website is available only in Russian.

The program is filled with all sort of tools that you could use, including the option to construct fractional (slash) chords, copy chord schemes in graphical and in text form, as well as many other useful features.

It includes 30 chord types and at least 3 variants in different positions for each type. You can build and search slash chords in many forms or listen to the song's chord in the text by simply  using the mouse.

It comes integrated with Unicode support, as well as chord transposition from one key to another. You can also set 6-string and bass guitars, or use the visual chord transposition right in the text of the song.

You can preview chords and change the instrument type, the duration of the notes, MIDI sound output device, volume. Other than that, the application allows you to copy the chord scheme to the clipboard as text and graphical format for quick insertion into text or editing.

RA Chord Hunter is a neat and useful software solution for quickly transposing your chords directly in lyrics and using lots of tools to work on your guitar project.
