GoXLR Configuration Utility

If you're a musician, streamer, or content creator, you've probably come across the TC-Helicon GoXLR and GoXLR Mini audio interfaces. From seamless control to improved sound quality, these interfaces are essential tools for those looking to elevate their music, streaming, or multimedia content creation.

GoXLR Configuration Utility is a tool that allows you to control and customize the settings of your TC-Helicon GoXLR or GoXLR Mini. It is an alternative to the official app and hence, it does share many features and similarities.

Unlike the official app, the program does bring some extra functionalities into the picture, including remote access to control the GoXLR from another computer on the network, a sample 'Pre-Buffer' for recording audio before pressing a button, exit actions for saving and loading profiles, support for multiple GoXLR devices on one PC, and a command-line interface (CLI) and API for scripting and automation.

To use the utility, you need to make sure that you have the official device drivers provided by TC-Helicon. Accessing the app and configuring it is done via a web browser of choice. If you are already using the official app, you don’t need to do anything, as you probably have it installed.

As previously mentioned, the GUI is designed similarly to the official app, so there’s little chances you will have troubles getting around. Simply put, you should be able to find the mixing bars for the Mic, Effect, Sampler and others, exactly in the location you expect.

GoXLR Configuration Utility lets you create and handle various profiles that you use with different setups. If you already have several profiles created, then you can click on the folder icon in the top right of the relevant profiles pane and copy them from the directory there. It goes without saying that you can also create profiles from scratch.
