PhotoCleaner Pro

PhotoCleaner Pro is an application that comes packed with several tools for image editing. It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

The interface of the program is clean and intuitive. Image files can be imported by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is allowed.

You can resize, rotate and crop pictures, remove the red eye effect, apply filters (e.g. color correction and saturation, noise reduction, vignette, sharpen), as well as add captions and frames.

You can create a photo album from multiple photographs, zoom in and out, view file information, save and load settings, change auto-rename options (prefix or suffix), select another language for the interface, and more.

The image processing tool takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, lets you preview changes before applying them, includes a well-written help file (too bad it doesn't have snapshots) and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests.

However, we had expected to find more features available to us. But, all in all, PhotoCleaner Pro is a simple-to-use software for editing image files and we mainly recommend it to novices.
