7capture is a software application that provides you with a simple method of taking screenshots and saving them as PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP or PDF files. It supports multiple monitors and capturing methods.

Setting up this program is a fast and easy job that shouldn't you any trouble. Afterward, you are welcomed by a user-friendly interface, which consists of a large window with an intuitive structure.

You can grab the primary monitor only or the whole desktop, as well as capture the full screen or active window. It's possible to preview the image in the main app window, copy it to the Clipboard, or save it to file with the PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP or PDF format. Apart from the fact that keyboard shortcuts are supported, there are no other notable options available here.

Everything worked smoothly in our tests, thanks to the fact that the software program didn't hang, crash or show error notifications. As we expected, it didn't put a strain on the overall performance of the computer, using low CPU and RAM.

Although it doesn't include richer options and configuration parameters, 7capture offers a simple and effective method to taking screenshots, and it can be seamlessly handled by anyone.
