There are many applications and programs that you could use in order to work on your pictures. One of them is Cropper.

While it's a simple software solution and it lacks the functionality of image editors, it does have some useful features for cropping images to various thumbnails. It's one of them best solutions for extracting sections from your photos.

The application installs quickly and it sports a really intuitive graphical interface with multiple features neatly arranged in an intuitive layout. It doesn't come with any instructions or a help menu, although it would have been nice if it had at least some tips for new users.

You can also add a custom width or height to the cropped image. You can browse your computer and save the thumbnail to a certain location on your computer.

Cropper is a simple and useful software solution for cropping various images and creating thumbnails, but it could use some more features and tools for editing images.
