To be more accurate, you can increase or decrease the overall size of an item by simply inputting a percentage, while you can also customize width and height separately, while also maintaining the aspect ratio.

Rotating is far less easy, as you can choose to process a photo at a 90 degree angle to the left or right, to a 180 angle or to a user-defined value.

In conclusion, TSR Image Resizer & Rotater is a pretty efficient piece of software when it comes to rotating and resizing images. The interface is user-friendly, the response time is good, the amount of CPU and memory required is low at all times and our tests did not register any errors, crashes or bugs.
