Have all EXIF info fields removed from pictures to have a fresh start in processing images of interest with the help of this application #Remove EXIF data #EXIFtool automation #Clean EXIF #Remove #Delete #EXIF
Multimedia files and pictures are packed with extra details which make it easy to read the author, and other types of info. Pictures are fitted with EXIF data, which are usually automatically added by cameras. In case you want to work with fresh files, then AutoJpegTrunk offers to strip pictures of these info fields.
For starters, AutoJpegTrunk requires no setup to function, so you can take it for a spin as soon as it reaches your computer. Registry entries are not affected during runtime, so you can rest assured that the health status of the target PC remains intact. Accommodation is also a process which requires minimum effort.
As far as the visual design goes, you get to work with a classic window frame, which neatly engulfs all functions in an efficient manner. There’s a large space to show all files which are about to be processed, as well as operators enlisted in a side panel to provide quick and easy access. There’s also a progress slider to let you know the status of the operation.
The application supports different picture types, mostly those which can be fitted with EXIF details. However, you don’t get to work with one picture, but rather the content of an entire folder. Sadly, the only input method is to write down or paste the folder path, because there’s no browse dialog, or possibility to drop it over the window.
The operation starts at the press of a button, delivering the new pictures to the specified path. Apart from the prompt which shows up when done, several fields also get filled in to display the original and post-processing total size, as well as the amount of disk space saved from stripping pictures of EXIF data.
AutoJpegTrunk manages to live up to expectations as far as an EXIF stripping tool is concerned. There aren’t really any advanced options to work with, and the application is strictly specialized in removing all EXIF fields from all pictures inside a specified folder.
