With the constantly evolving technology, even mobile phones are now able to take pictures at stunning resolutions. You don’t even have to install the application on your computer to take advantage of what it has to offer, which means it can be used on other PCs as well, directly from a thumb drive. In any case, you need to make sure that Java Runtime Environment is installed on the computer you need to use it on, because it’s a mandatory component.

The main window is pretty simple in terms of design, contrary to your expectations. Most of the space is the canvas where you get to perform all operations, as well as the place the image you load is shown. Sadly, you can’t just drag pictures over the main window, so you have to rely on the built-in browse dialog, and you can only process one file at a time.

What the application does is actually create an animation based on zoom and movement, where you get to decide all steps. Although it may seem a little confusing at first, a little patience and a trial run quickly gets you familiar with the whole process.

To start off, you need to define the path the camera follows, and this is easily done by sequentially clicking points of interest. In this case, the bigger the image the better. What’s more, you can even save the camera path to file in order to have it applied to other pictures later on.

You’re not done yet once steps are configured. Timing options need to be set for each frame. Numerical values for seconds need to be written down in corresponding panels, with options to specify how long it takes to move to the next frame. Moreover, initial and final zoom levels can also be set. Output is an MPEG file, but you need to write down the extension yourself.
