ChibiPaint

ChibiPaint is a software solution, built in Java, whose main goal is to aid people in creating drawings, apply all sort of effects, use multiple layers and tools, and share results online, by integrating it to an oekaki board (a web server running dedicated software).

The installation process is not a prerequisite, as this product is portable. This also means that it is not going to make any changes to your Windows registry, and you can take it with you anywhere and run it on the fly. The later feature is possible by simply moving the program files to a USB pen drive or other similar storage device.

This application comes packed with a pretty significant number of options to help you create beautiful drawings. For example, you can easily use a pen to draw free-hand, as well as an air brush to aid you in creating shadows or other details.
