DKPrint Screen

DKPrint Screen is a small-sized tool that automatically sends grabbed snapshots to the printer when pressing the PrintScreen key to capture the full screen. It runs in the system tray and contains a brief set of options that can be easily tackled by all types of users.

The installation procedure is speedy, since there aren't any unfamiliar settings or third-party offers involved. However, you must have .NET Framework installed, since it was developed with the aid of this platform.

Once fired up, the utility creates an icon in the taskbar notifications area and silently sits there when not used. This way, it becomes non-intrusive and lets you carry on with your regular PC activity without any interruptions.

It overwrites your PrintScreen key and sends snapshots to your default printer as soon as they're captured. For example, if you have a PDF virtual printer installed, it's possible to create PDF documents from the images.

Several options are available via the right-click menu. For instance, you can save the last taken screenshot to BMP format by indicating the output directory and filename.

You can ask DKPrint Screen to autorun every time you start your computer (until further notice), as well as bring up a panel to preview the last snapshot and take a new picture, save the current one to file, or send it to the printer by clicking on three buttons.

The application doesn't support other screenshot capturing methods, such as active window or drawn region. On top of that, it doesn't support hotkeys for quickly carrying out tasks.
