Lightput is a simple and easy to use application designed to control lights using DMX communications. Lightput's goal is to make high-end LED lighting more accessible to homes, small businesses, and creative projects working on a budget that wish to have high quality, customizable lighting.

Lightput is a simple to use freeware solution for controlling lights through DMX communications, which is a widely used, time-tested system for controlling lighting.

Lightput is designed to control lighting as soon as it runs in a very simple and easy to use way. Lightput does not attempt to profile different lights on the market or specifically support effects like panning, etc.

Although you could control these effects with Lightput, the application is designed to control the output levels of lighting, specifically designed to control new dimmable LED drivers.

Lightput External Input is a system to control lighting through your own software by editing a simple text file, could be done over a network if you had the file in a network accessible location for wi-fi applications, etc.
Lightput can now start a specific Light Program as soon as Lightput starts
Lightput can now start minimized
The Light Sequencer and VSXu Audio Visualizer features can now exclude user specified light channels from processing, useful if you want the lighting to stay the same on some channels without having to write a new sequence
