PICTURE’S ROTATING is a lightweight and easy to handle piece of software which can offer you the means of spinning your images to any angle you want, from any of its four corners, in just a few quick mouse clicks.

The application features a very basic appearance, with no uncommon or particularly attractive features, an aspect which may draw less experienced individuals, as it requires little experience in working with it properly.

The main window of PICTURE’S ROTATING lets you load your image, supporting several different input formats, namely JPG, BMP, ICO, EMF and WMF.

The program does not process files in batch, meaning that you need to individually rotate each photo. To add the file into PICTURE’S ROTATING, you can browse through your computer and load it manually, as drag and drop actions are not supported.

Subsequently, you can use your mouse cursor and angle the image from any of its four corners, to the position that best suits your requirements. However, you do not have the option of entering a specific number of degrees, everything being done by hand.

Moreover, the tool offers a ‘3D-Rotating’ feature that can help you adjust the inclination of the photo on the three-dimensional axes, offering arrows to help you better orientate it.

At the same time, you can add a colored background to it. When complete, you can save your image to BMP format, this being the only output options that you can work with.
