Photo Side-by-Side

There are many graphic viewers out there that can help you enjoy your pictures without too much hassle. However, a specialized solution is needed when you want to compare two pictures and Photo Side-by-Side is one of the options.

The application is not only intuitive, but also distraction-free, so you can get straight to choosing the source images. You can either browse manually to their locations, or you can just drag and drop them onto the main window.

There are numerous source formats supported, such as BMP, ICO, JPEG, MNG, PNG, TGA, TIFF, PSD, PCX, CUT, XBM, DDS, GIF or HDR.

One way to compare the images is to look at them side-by-side, yet magnifying them can surely help. You can either enlarge one of the images, or both of them at the same time.

You can measure distances with a dedicated tool or overlay the two pictures to better view the differences and similarities between them (you can adjust the transparency level as you see fit).

A very handy feature is that it can be integrated in the context menu of all supported images.
