For instance, the inspection of the loaded IDs can be performed manually, or automatically, if a reference item has been defined beforehand. The data sources for the documents can be varied, as we will see in the following section.

The app allows users to work with multiple files simultaneously, meaning that efficiency is covered and that those who have large volumes of information will be able to process the data much more effectively.

A wide range of input devices can be used, which means that if you don’t have offline copies of the documents, you can use a classic document scanner, camera, flatbed scanner, barcode scanner or, even a website or FTP if that’s where the documents are being held.
