Fractus Atlas

Image viewers are very popular nowadays, and a lot of users prefer minimalist ones instead of fully fledged ones, as they are usually faster to deploy.

Fractus Atlas is one of the minimalist viewing solutions, and it also packs some additional functions.

The main window is not only straightforward, but also highly intuitive. You need to start by selecting the location of your images, and you can even create a list of folders that should be used to display graphic files.

You can preview the most common file formats, such as JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF and so on. However, it needs to be mentioned that, besides zoom, there is no other type of editing operation you can perform with this utility.

What you can achieve is open the file's folder or launch it using the dedicated image viewer on your computer.

A very handy function provided by Fractus Atlas is that you can relocate the image you are currently viewing without leaving the application.

You only need to enter the name of the target sub-folder, and the picture gets moved instantly. If no sub-folder with the given name is detected, a new one is automatically created.

Also, the names of the previously used folders are displayed within the main window of Fractus Atlas, so you can easily move files to the same locations in the future, without needing to type the names again.

You can speed up this process by right-clicking the image and selecting the destination folder name from the context menu.

Fractus Atlas can help you not only preview pictures from a specified list of folders, but also move the files from the same main window.
