However, it's necessary to download and install .NET Framework unless you already have it, otherwise the tool pops up errors during runtime.

Frameless Picture Window gets launched in a window without borders that cannot be repositioned on the screen. However, you can increase or decrease its size by clicking and dragging the margins or corners.

Double-clicking inside this frame brings up a built-in file browser which permits you to locate and open graphic files. On the other hand, the software application is not explicit concerning the supported file extensions, so it's necessary to try various combinations.

During our evaluation, we've noticed that it works with JPG, PNG (with or without transparency), BMP, TIFF, WMF, EMF, ICO and GIF. There is no button implemented for exiting the tool, so this can be done by closing the process from the taskbar or Task Manager.

Due to its optimized form, the application is lightweight when it comes to system resources consumption. It stayed stable throughout our testing and didn't hang and crash. Errors popped up on the screen only when attempting to open files with unsupported types.

According to our tests, Frameless Picture Window offers support for a decent range of popular image filetypes. It was speedy, straightforward and uncomplicated, ideal for users who don't want to worry about complicated features. On the other hand, it cannot work without .NET Framework.
