Free&Easy Font Viewer

Free&Easy Font Viewer is a very simple Windows utility that allows users to see the installed fonts in a very clean and basic GUI.

As you may find out just by reading its name, Free&Easy Font Viewer was not developed to be a full-featured font viewer, but more an application aimed at rookies.

It simply shows the installed fonts in a very clean window, along with the commonly used styles, such as bold, italic, underline and strike out.

The GUI uses a tab-based layout to provide access to the installed fonts, but also to let users zoom in and out any selected item. A char map tab is also available in order to see all characters of a specific font family, and so is an information screen to provide details about the user-selected item.

The number of configuration options may disappoint experienced users because they're only allowed to choose the visible tabs, set up alignment, define text and background colors and adjust other miscellaneous settings.

As you may guess, Free&Easy Font Viewer is not a resource hog and remains light on hardware resources all the time.

Overall, Free&Easy Font Viewer is undoubtedly an application aimed at users who simply want to view the installed fonts and nothing more. It lacks many essential features, such as the possibility to remove some of the displayed entries or install locally-stored fonts.
