Pictures Opener

Pictures Opener aims to be a universal way of accessing your media files, boasting 170 compatible image formats and about 157 video types. Although this is not necessarily a universal value, one must agree it is impressive.

The application itself is simple and does not include complex features. Drag and drop is supported, and I must say that overall printing and converting is also possible. How efficient these are, taking into account the number of file types it serves, remains to be questioned, but as far as I managed to use it it definitely seemed like it was dependable.

What I enjoyed about the app was the very simplistic look, which in the end serves basic users in achieving their purpose. Extras are few but once again quite helpful, and they do not tend to get in the way.

There is no nagging and there aren't any messages or reminders included with the program. The app can work with independent image types in a one-by-one case scenario, or batch show all imported items into a created gallery. It moves fast, and it does not in any way reduce image or video quality.

The program seems quite similar to other products on the market, but the number of compatible files remains its main strong point. I really enjoyed using it because it was simple, friendly, and effective. Batch conversion is supported but restricted to non-paying members. Even so, the app supports HEIC images out of the box, so if viewing is your problem for this Apple-related format, then the key can be this app.

Pictures Opener remains quite a dependable application that can be used by any type and number of users. It is simple and includes many features that are otherwise difficult to access or absent in similar computing programs.
