We haven't come across any stability issues in our tests, thanks to the fact that the utility didn't hang, crash or display error messages. It put together slideshows swiftly while remaining light on CPU and RAM usage, so it didn't hamper system performance.

On the other hand, Photo Flash Maker comes bundled with just a few options and doesn't make room for too much customization. We must also take into account the fact that it hasn't been updated for a long time. Nevertheless, it offers a fast and straightforward solution to creating Flash video files from common photo formats without worrying about complicated features.
