It is possible to preview pictures within the main frame and navigate them, alter the quality and size, as well as to apply the modifications to all images or just the currently selected one.

Other settings of Jpeg Resizer make the frame stay on top of other windows, create new folders when converting more than one image, disable the prompt for running step-by-step mode at startup, as well as use either pixels or millimeters.
