AVI MPEG MOV RM WMV iPod Video Converter

This is a software which enables you to convert media files between several formats, including MPG, WMV, RM, MOV, MP4 and AVI.

The interface of the program is plain and simple to navigate through. Media can be imported into the list via the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

In the queue you can view the source path, split span, frame size, output type and status of each video.

Once you establish the destination folder and extension, you can initiate the encoding process.

You can configure audio and video settings when it comes to the frame rate, codec, size, and others.

You can preview the clips and trim them by marking the start and end point, remove an item from the queue or clear the entire list, as well as enable the program to automatically shutdown the system when all tasks are finished.

The video conversion tool requires a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, can take a long while to complete a task and manages to preserve a good image and sound quality (although it's not excellent).

However, the encoder failed to process some AVI files to MOV and RM during our tests. Also, you can only select one file at a time to import into the list. We suggest you look for a more powerful tool than AVI MPEG MOV RM WMV iPod Video Converter.
