Convert-It

Convert-It is a powerful bundle of applications designed to help you convert media files, listen to the radio, turn text to speech or CD ripping. Each component comes as a separate application and allows you to customize a large series of specialized options, depending on the type of file you manage and the output format.

The software that deal with media file conversion include audio converter, image, video, video to DVD and text to MP3. Each tool can be opened separately and allows you to manage a single file or the contents of an entire folder, depending on the converter.

The Audio Converter supports both single and batch file manipulation, convert video to audio, record from audio device or stream files from a folder. The program supports a large series of input/output audio formats and allows you to change the file’s sample rate, apply replay gain or convert to monotone.

The Image Converter allows you to turn any supported picture into a different format, including less common ones, such as AVS, DCX, EPS, FAX, PSD and many others. Moreover, you can apply image rotation, crop margins, resize, luminance adjustments and specific options, depending on the output format.

The Video Converter allows you to transform a single file or a batch of movies into a different format, change video and audio settings, as well as modify the bit rate for both streams. You may also convert a video to a DVD format, so you may easily burn a disc later.

The CD ripper allows you to extract content from a track CD and save it to your computer as the desired format. It also includes an integrated audio player. The Radio allows you to listen and record stations from all over the world.

Convert-It is reliable, user-friendly and supports converting batches of files in a short time. It requires a series of audio and video codecs, most of which it can provide, however, in some cases you need to acquire the tools yourself.
