CudaCoder

There are many useful console applications out there, but not all users are comfortable with the command line window. Many prefer the standard graphic representation instead of writing commands manually and, having that in mind, many developers created frontends for existing console programs. One example is CudaCoder, which provides a GUI for the NVEnc application, delivering a video encoder that is easier to handle and much more user-friendly.

Preserving the main functionality of NVEnc, CudaCoder brings to the table a video encoder with a basic feature set and a pretty straightforward interface.   You start by selecting the input data, which can either be individual files or an entire folder, leaving CudaCoder to parse the directoiry and select the compatible files. A list of files is then created, allowing you to remove individual entries with the click of a button.

CudaCoder allows batch conversions, being capable of processing multiple files at once. You can select the output format, which can eiher be MKV or MP4. A few other parameters are customizable, provided you take the time to take a look at the defaults.

CudaCoder supports both h264 and HEVC video encoders and allows you to change the output resolution, the frame rate, the bit depth, the playback quality and other parameters. As for audio encoders, it is compatible with AAC, AC3 and MP3.

Aside from audio and video configuration settings, the main window also encloses options to copy chapters and subtitle files.
