Fast Video & Audio Converter

As the title of this software suggests, Fast Video & Audio Converter is a tool that you can use to encode audio and video files of various formats, including MP4, MP3, ASF, AVI, FLV, AMR, MOV, and WAV.

The interface of the application is plain and simple to navigate through. Media files can be imported into the list via the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is not allowed in the unregistered version.

In the queue, you can check out the name and size of each media file. After you determine the output profile and destination, you can proceed with the encoding process.

On top of that, you can modify audio and video preferences when it comes to the codec, bit rate, frame rate, size, aspect ratio, sample frequency rate and channels.

You can disable audio, remove an item from the list and change the interface language.

The video conversion tool requires a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a well-written help file with snapshots for beginners and quickly finishes a task while keeping a very good image and sound quality. We haven't encountered any problems during our tests, since Fast Video & Audio Converter did not freeze, crash or display errors.

On the other hand, the interface is outdated, you cannot configure program settings and the unregistered version is severely limited. We recommend Fast Video & Audio Converter with reservations.
