iPhone Converter

iPhone Converter is a program which allows you to encode media files to the MP4 format supported by iPhones. The app can be easily handled by all user levels.

The software comes with a plain and simple interface in which you can import media files by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch conversion is allowed.

In the queue you can read the source and output name and format, along with duration and status of each video. All you have to do is set the target folder and file type, in order to start conversion.

Moreover, you can change audio and video settings when it comes to the size, bit rate, frame rate, channel mode and sample frequency rate, as well as preview clips and cut them by marking the start and end position.

The simplistic video conversion tool takes up a moderate amount of system resources, includes a step-by-step guide with snapshots and tooltips, has a good response time and quickly finishes a task. No errors have occurred during our tests and iPhone Converter did not freeze or crash.

The image and sound quality is preserved at a fair level (although it could had been better). However, iPhone Converter failed several tasks during our tests (e.g. ASF-to-MP4) and the interface is outdated. We recommend this tool with reservations.
