aMPed is a skin for MediaPortal - the open source media center. Originally designed for 4:3 screens (720x576), aMPed supports up to 18pt font size for readability on even smaller TVs.
aMPed now supports 16:9 widescreens as well. Momentarily It is the only skin that supports both screen sizes in one skin.
With 3 font sizes, 4 themes plus multiple layout and backdrop options aMPed lets you choose the style you prefer: fanart or not, big or normal cover size, even the width of lists.
Choose your options, like 8 or 10 line TV Guide, style of Basic Home (revaMPed or Vintage), etc. using aMPed Config via a Desktop or Start Menu shortcut. Save your options in Profiles so each user can load aMPed with their saved preferences.
Use the graphical Basic Home Editor to modify menu items, backdrops and even the layout on Vintage Basic Home. Create as many layouts as you like - one for each person in your household!
