Applications that can perform more than one function are often popular, as this means users' time is saved. Video Editor falls in this category, since it can not only cut clips, but also merge or convert them.

The main window of the app displays all the available modules and you can choose the one you currently need.

If you want to cut a fragment of your video, you need to browse to its location and select (drag and drop actions are not supported). The supported source formats are MP4, AVI, MKV, WebM, FLV, and MOV.

You can play the movie within Video Editor and mark the start and end points by moving the slider to their required positions. Once you have settled on the fragment duration, you can assign the resulting video a name and choose its location.

Due to Video Editor, you can also combine multiple clips into a single one. Before saving the video, you can adjust a handful of settings, such as the output format (MKV, AVI, or MP4), filename and destination directory.

You also get to edit the frame rate, video format or resolution.

Before having the chance to convert your files, you first need to choose the target format, and only then are you allowed to add the source files.

No parameters can be adjusted before converting the files, and you can only define the target folder.

Video Editor can help you perform several operations on your videos, yet it might be as user-friendly as it appears. Although it does not display any tips when hovering the mouse over its buttons and it might take some time until you learn your way around it, once you do, you can perform any action without hassle.
