It comes with the option to preview videos before you load them and you can adjust the media position. You can adjust the frame rate and create new sequences inside the video. It displays all sequences in a list and allows you to arrange their order.

You can preview your files easily, simply use play, pause and stop control buttons. Adjustments to the output fps can also be made. When you're done working on the video, simply save it to your computer.

It doesn't come with any additional exporting tools. The program's installation package also contains a video converter, you can transform your videos to avi and pick the compression level.
