eVPC

eVPC is a handy and reliable utility designed to enable you to play multimedia files and to crypt them.

The interface comes with a vintage and simplistic look, but this can be changed. You can change the theme to give the player a modern-looking feel, from Options > Theme selector > Dark. This doesn't make the UI darker, but it's an improvement in comparison with the original.

Regarding the media player, the app can run most of the video and audio formats out there. For example, eVPC can run  3GP, AVI,  FLAC, MPG, WMA, MP3, etc.

The greatest feature of this app is the capability to encrypt multimedia files. eVPC can lock multiple files under an "Anubis Cipher" password. To lock a file, load it in the player, skip to the end or let it finish and then use the "Lock Highlighted files with "Anubis" Cipher."

After a password was set, the video becomes unavailable for any other players. Upon opening, the files will prompt an error about an unsupported format. This is an excellent blocking method if you need your videos safe. A protected file can be unlocked by going to the eVPC player and providing the password.

EVPC is a basic media player but a powerful privacy protector due to its capabilities of locking files under a password and making them inaccessible to any other media player.
