Entertainment can be found in a large variety of forms and are not all dependent of computer technology. However, specialized applications are used in order to create a design with as little errors as possible. In this regard, Flipbook Printer Suite, as the name suggests, gives you the possibility to create a layout for a flip book and easily print it out.

The application comes equipped with all it needs to get you up and running, although the rough and slightly confusing design might require some accommodation time. What's more, the lack of a preview section keeps you anxious until you build the flip book, even though you know he content, but there is no implemented preview section other than your workspace.

You can either connect a webcam to your computer or import several video file formats for processing. The wokspace provides visual feedback from the connected device, with options to record clips and have them used in your project.

What's more, you can play the recorded video, pause it at will and have snapshots taken at custom frames in order to create a smooth animation in the end. Unfortunately, in terms of editing, the crop tool is the only one implemented, and it's only a shame you cannot apply effects or more.

A side panel constantly provides quick access to objects in your project, such as videos and images, but also your default media directory to easily import files. Whenever changes are made, you can manually refresh the list to stay up to date.

On the other hand, you can simply load existing videos and take them through the same preparation process. A few steps cleverly organized in tabs let you choose frames to be used, set up cover photos and custom text, add more images and a few others.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Flipbook Printer Suite is not really what you'd expect from an application of its kind leaving a little something to be desired overall. The interface is rather confusing and can take some accommodation time, while functionality is limited by the lack of variety in editing and customization options, as well as output reduced to printing.
