Simply click on the drop-down list from the search bar and look for the wireless connection you want. On a side note, the aforementioned list is only available when you are connected to a wireless network.

In case you don’t find a particular network, use the refresh button. As you probably hinted, the plus and minus buttons can be used to delete or add a new item to the list.
