Wi-Fi Hotspot is a user-friendly and intuitive piece of software whose main function consists of helping you set up a wireless network, so you or others can connect to the Internet using mobile devices.

The application displays a small and compact appearance, its adjustable parameters being all under one roof, so you do not have to go looking for any hidden functions.

Wi-Fi Hotspot’s usage is incredibly simple and uncomplicated, so even the least experienced individuals will be able to use it successfully, without too much trouble.

The utility does not sport a high number of configuration options or preferences, which may appeal to novices, but chances are that more demanding individuals will not find it sufficiently satisfying.

Aside from allowing you to set the hotspot’s name and access password (of at least eight characters in length), there is little else for you to do. Pressing the ‘Start’ button will activate the network, while clicking on ‘Stop’ will disable it.

In a side-panel, Wi-Fi Hotspot displays the devices connected to your computer, regardless of the type of connection. However, you cannot limit the number of clients or view their traffic, nor can you disconnected someone.

One handy feature of the program is the fact that it can re-establish the last hotspot you created, using the same name and password, so devices that have used it in the past will automatically detect and connect to it.

To sum it up, Wi-Fi Hotspot is a handy and very easy to understand tool which you can use whenever you wish to quickly create a wireless network, its minimal experience requirements making it ideal for people with little computer knowledge.
