You can set it to run at Windows startup and, since it runs in the background, you might even forget about it. It constantly monitors the signal strength of your Internet connection and displays an alert when it is lost or resumed so that you can continue your work.

Regarding customization, Tether Check offers you the possibility to alter the test frequency to as many seconds as you see fit if you are not pleased with the standard configuration. Similarly, you can set the alert to be displayed after a custom defined number of connection failures.

You can switch between DNS and Ping as the default testing method, as well as create a list with the Internet test targets that you prefer.
