An open-source, free Windows application that allows logging in and sorting Audible content, as well as downloading and converting your files #Audible Downloader #Audible Converter #Sort Audible Content #Audible #Download #Sort
BookLibConnect is the ideal solution for Audible listeners who want to download their favorite audiobooks or podcasts and enjoy them locally, on different devices.
The application enables the download of Audible pieces from an authenticated account. As such, you can output audiobooks in different formats, and you can choose to keep files encrypted or not.
The tool lets you determine your download settings for a good user experience, all with customized parameters and manageable export options.
By accessing the 'Download' button, you can select the Audible pieces, from your library, that you want to select and submit for download. Moreover, you can re-sync the page for seeing newly added titles.
Once added to your BookLibConnect download dashboard, the pieces can be sorted, decrypted or encrypted, and, alternatively, you can pick AAX export (from 'Export settings' > check the 'Export as .aax' box).
For instance, you can auto-connect to your profile when opening the app, and you can also select to auto-update the book library as well.
BookLibConnect offers the option to create different user profiles. As such, the authentication credentials remain saved on different profiles you can switch between later.
The new-profile window lets you select your account's sign-up region and offers the option to log in with a pre-Amazon username.
You should access a given command, 'Open URL in default web browser,' and log in with your Amazon or Audible credentials, in the web browser.
After successfully going through the 2-factor authentication process, will you see a page that displays the message saying the requested page is not available. Ignore this message and copy the URL address in the top bar. Then, paste this long link in the new-profile page of BookLibConnect, in the large box. Automatically, the log-in should be deemed successful.
To conclude, BookLibConnect is an application that delivers exactly what it promises to. At the same time, the complicated new-profile addition method is faulty. In this regard, it is probably Amazon's security checks and non-redirect traits that make adding and authenticating a new login with BookLibConnect so challenging.
Finally, this free and open-source project solves the login problem pretty gracefully, and, offers various content-management options for its users.
