Working on office reports or school assignments is never easy, especially when you need to copy and paste complicated expressions, phrases or even entire sentences over and over again.

You need to navigate to the installation folder, locate the directory where the default text files are stored and then edit them according to your liking.

However, since you might not be allowed to save the modified files in the same folder (most probably due to a bug), you can create the said TXT files on your desktop, for instance, then move them to the aforementioned location. Just make sure you keep the same filename pattern as the original files.

Nonetheless, you need to stick with the default hotkeys, since there is no way to customize them.
