Plus, you can select its status (in progress, completed, waiting), make it private, as well as pick the suitable category and the due date. Similar steps are applied for the events as well. 

For notes on the other hand, the process is much simpler, as you just need to write the text, choose a custom color for its background and a corresponding group. You have the option to plan meeting in advance, a search for specific words. The app comes with some neat additional tools, such as scrap paper, perpetual and date calendars and produces timesheets reports.

 From the options, it's possible to change the colors for each layout element, highlight days in the calendar, and pick the corresponding starting day of the week. What's more, you can modify the local data path to a custom one, choose the desired headings for each component, as well as word wrap long sentences, and set a specific value for maximum and minimum height.
