It's a helpful utility to organize some of the mess on the computer, it features password protection, encryption of all data, sync via internet plus more. It sports a clean and intuitive graphical interface with many nice tools at hand.

Chaos Manager allows you to create appointments. These will pop-up with a sound when an appointment has reached/passed it's deadline (date and time). The played sound is a random .wav file from the folder named "sounds" where Chaos Manager is located.

Each appointment has a number of options. Appointments can be forwarded to emails. When email forwarding is enabled appointments will not popup but be sent to the email specified instead, and will then be marked as read (or renewed if recurring appointment). It also comes with the option to set birthday alerts.

It comes with a notebook that supports multiple topics, to allow the notebook to be more organized. The notebook supports text formatting (rich text format) and URL detection (links will be highlighted and clickable).

It has a calendar that allows you to get an overview of which days you have appointments, birthdays etc. Green marks appointments and blue marks birthdays. Each day in the calendar is clickable for more info/options.
