Church Library Organizer Pro

Church Library Organizer Pro is a reliable program that enables you to manage and organize the item loan for the church library. This user-friendly library software allows you to manage the database of books, CDs, movies and music, as well as to monitor the loans, returns and library members.

Church Library Organizer Pro allows you to create a comprehensive database, with detailed book profiles, which make it very easy for you to identify the items. Thus, you may filter the items by their titles, author, publishing house, location, date, or category.

The main window is split, in order for you to view the list of entries, as well as the detailed profile sheet for the selected item, on the right. The LoanedOut indicator marks the appropriate items in the list on the left, which makes it easy for you to identify which one is currently in the library and which items was checked out.

The items stored in the library can only be loaned out or returned by registered members. You can keep a detailed database of members, which you can manage, from the ‘Patrons’ tab. It allows you to add as many members as you wish, as well as create detailed profile sheets for each of them.

The loan system is simple, and allows you to check items in/out through a quick procedure. You can operate loans from Church Library Organizer Pro’s main interface or use the separate icon created on your desktop. The returning process is similar. The software also allows you to conduct advanced searches and find books by several criteria, including ISBN or barcodes.

Church Library Organizer Pro allows you to print out standard reports, labels, customized documents or mail merge with a Microsoft Word document. The reports can be created in regard with a particular record or with the list of entries in the database. The software is user-friendly and offers quick solutions for managing a library.
