Kanri is a tool that brings Kanban boards into your time and project management routine. Featuring a stylish interface and available in offline mode, the app can assist in a wide variety of tasks, both small and big.

The app boasts a modern, sleek interface and is quite intuitive, providing you have seen or worked with Kanban boards before. You can get started by creating a board, a straightforward task that entails accessing the ‘+’ button from the left menu and giving it a name.

The newly created board can be slightly customized, by changing the background, and you can rename, export and delete it at any time. While a new board includes three categories from the start, you can add more.

You can personalize the items in the list by changing the background color. You can also include a description and add extra tasks, but these are not going to be visible in the main board. In my opinion, this can be helpful if you create a color system where certain colors indicate additional tasks to look into as well as possible questions you may want to discuss with your team.

Overall, Kanri seems like an interesting way to manage projects, tasks and anything else that you need to keep track off. The app is in its early stages and more features will be added in the future, including reminders, sub-tasks and a possible cloud sync, so that you have access to your boards anywhere and anytime.
