Linwood Flow

Gone are the days of juggling spreadsheets and papers that you need to plan for a single event or create a schedule to help manage time better. With thousands of time management and planners out there, creating to-do lists or planning events has become a breeze.

Linwood Flow is a feature-rich, open-source management tool designed to cater to various needs, be it event scheduling or task management to collaborative group events.

The application comes with modern and user-friendly interface that is designed as a dashboard so that you can easily access the desired type of option from the menu to the left. You can preview upcoming events and task in the Dashboard and Calendar tabs.

To create an event, head to the tab with the same name and specify a few details, such as name, location, group and users. In case you are handling multiple events at the same time, you can also include a description that can help you find it faster later on. Simple double-click on the Description box to type anything relevant to the event.

You will be happy to learn that you can synchronize the data from your desktop app to your mobile from the Settings. This can be done automatically when you connect to a certain Wi-Fi network or manually.

From the Notes tab, you can create numerous types of tasks that are related to the events or not. You can write general notes about projects or reminders by including location, name, priority and a description. You also have the option to make it a to-do task, and here you can include anything that is worth noting down.

While it may not include options and features that could cater to the needs of a large organization, Linwood Flow can come in handy for small and medium businesses as well as individuals with a busy schedule that needs an efficient way to manage them all.
