Memo List is a straightforward and accessible program designed to provide an easy method to plan upcoming events, meetings, or personal chores, and arrange them based on their subject and purpose.

It's wrapped in a modern and clean interface consisting of a single window, divided into distinct categories, which you can set from the settings, along with their respective tasks.

In order to access the app, an account needs to be created, by inputting your full name, email address, username, and password. You have the alternative to logging in with your Facebook and Google account. However, it's recommended, for less stress, to make a new profile on the developer's site. The tool needs to be authorized, to work properly.

You are able to choose what groups you wish to be displayed, like work, personal, shopping, project. Sadly, you can't make new categories from within the application, which limits the ability to customize the content. To create a new task, you just have to input the name, due date if it's the case, priority level (1,2,3, N), URL, and the corresponding list. Unfortunately, you are obligated to paste a link, or you won't be able save the note.

Plus, there is no site you can access the original webpage, to view and configure different settings. It's possible to set several hotkeys for a quick process and filter the records. The app doesn't provide any type of visual customizations, or alarm sounds, for ongoing assignments. The database is synced with the current account, from which you can't really log out since there is no option for that. What's more, you are unable to export the data to a CSV, TXT or XLS file format, for further altering.

Taking everything into account, Memo List is an approachable and intuitive utility that comes in handy, only for those who want a small and uncomplicated tool, to add and organize personal or work-related assignments, chores, or general notes.
