Note Sphere for Windows 8/10

We are surrounded by information everywhere we go. It's important for both our social and professional life to meet new people, but when it comes to storing and managing their personal information, it's hard not to lose the sheets of paper into which you wrote their details. That's where virtual note managers come to help, as they provide a simple and efficient method to keep them safe on your computer.

Note Sphere is a straightforward and intuitive application for Windows 8, 8.1, 10, designed to help add and handle multiple notations at the same time, along with the option to make distinct categories to assign files based on their content. The database can be backed up and restored in case issues are encountered while using the computer.

The app is installed through the Windows Store and it's wrapped in a simplistic and approachable interface divided into a section viewer and the editor pad for expressing ideas, or essential annotations. The tool doesn't create new entries in the Windows registry nor any other part of the hard drive, leaving no traces behind after uninstallment.

Each memo may be personalized with a name and body content while the current date and time can be viewed in the right corner of the window. It would've been a nice addition if Note Sphere came with a search bar to quickly look up for particular words.

You can either write the necessary information by hand or use the copy, cut and paste functions to add text from another document. To insert a new list, you just have to input a name and it's automatically displayed in the left panel. Plus, the drag-and-drop function comes in handy when you wish to sort the notes much faster.

Records are saved as TXT and XML files and stored in a safe location on your computer. If other backed up sessions are stored in a specific directory, the tool lets you easily restore them. Moreover, you can pin a particular task to the start window for faster access.Despite all the nice features, there is no option to sync them with a Google or Microsoft Live account or send them via e-mail.

Taking everything into account, Note Sphere is a straightforward utility that provides an efficient method to compose and handle memos and keep them sorted in various categories. During our testing, no errors arose and the application didn't consume too many resources.
