If you are tired of overflowing sticky notes or text files that lack the necessary organization for your tasks, projects or lists, and need to simplify the process of managing work and keeping track of your priorities, or you have a business that needs a tasking tool PittStop can give you a helping hand.

As visibility is an important factor for a task manager, a clean and well-organized UI is a must. PittStop has a simple interface that lets you organize your work mainly under projects and categories. This way, you won't lose track of your tasks by cramming down the information in a sticky note or a text file.

After a project has been determined, you will need to add tasks to it. Upon clicking on "Add Task..." a small window pops-up, where you type in all the details for a task. You can assign a period, a status, extra notes, staff (for business use) and eve a priority level, which enhances the visibility levels as it's based on colors; i.e., red for high priority and green for low.

If a project is completed, you can delete it or archive it. The archived projects can be found in the drop-down at the bottom of the projects pane.

The application lets you import data from CSV files, including displaying a log of any issues identified, and many new options to help make importing your data easier. You can import an existing list of tasks from the "Data" menu and "Import Tasks."
